This inky Syrah exhibits intense, ripe aromas of blueberry, blackberry and black cherry along with a touch of earthiness. On the palate, blackberries and cassis dominate, framed by vanilla and well-integrated tannins. In the tradition of the great wines of the Rhone, we blend a small amount of Viognier with the Syrah to add some floral notes. Try this wine with grilled sausages, roasted pork tenderloin or even a big cheeseburger.
