Our New Gewurz, produced in a drier style similar to the great wines of France's Alsace region, is wonderful as an apertif and pairs with a variety of different foods, particularly spicier fare. New Gewürz accentuates the inherent, unique characteristics of the Gewürztraminer grape. To capture and enhance the lively, spicy character of this varietal, we cold-ferment the chilled juice then immediately bottle the wine.
