The 2006 Viognier hails from 2 diverse growing regions (Los Alamos and Santa Ynez Valley) and 4 unique vineyard sites. I love to blend flavors that the cool climate fruit brings—green apple, asian pear, honeydew melon, citrus and a zingy acidity—with the flavors that the warmer climate fruit brings—apricot jam, fresh peach nectar, and honey. We close this wine with the Stelvin screwcap to maintain and preserve the freshness and crispness of this wine.
