Brilliant ruby in color, the 2003 Yamhill Springs exhibits more of its expansive and charming ripe dark fruit character than ever. Wines from this vineyard seem always ready to drink whether young or old. The warm 2003 vintage produced a particularly powerful Yamhill Springs with a deep black cherry essence that carries through the nose and onto the palate. Very round and voluptuous, this is a wine that entices with its charm, but still delivers great complexity. While Yamhill Springs ages beautifully, the deep forward fruit makes this wine difficult to resist now.
