This Pinot Noir is handcrafted from the finest select blocks of the family-owned vineyard and offers depth and power, balanced with grace and elegance. Barrel aged for 12 months in 75% new French and Hungarian oak, this wine offers smoky overtones, a splash of dark cherries, and a lingering finish, showing off the exuberant nature of Bouchaine's Pinot Noir. This wine pairs wonderfully with a number of grilled roasted menu selections. Try it with crispy braised duck or roasted pork tenderloins in dried cherry relish. All sizes are 750mL unless otherwise noted. |
