Errazuriz Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2007
Errazuriz Light greenish-straw yellow in colour, this expressive wine blends fruit aromas with herbaceous notes for complexity. Fresh-cut grass and rue complement pleasing aromas of green apple, pineapple, and cherimoya. Bright acidity lends freshness to the medium-bodied palate accompanied by a mouthfilling creaminess. The finish is dry and refreshing. Wine Advocate The white wines begin with the light straw-colored 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Estate. It exhibits a fragrant citrus and gooseberry perfume leading to a crisp, nicely balanced, vibrant wine with ample ripe, citrus-flavored fruit and a clean finish. Drink it over the next 12-18 months.
