Tablas Creek

The 2007 Côtes de Tablas Blanc is a blend in the style of French Cotes du Rhone whites, and features intense aromas of stone fruits and minerals, flavors of apricot and Provençal herbs, rich texture, moderate acidity and a long peachy finish.

Wine Spectator

There's a terrific vibrancy and clarity to this wine, with an extremely refreshing acidity and floral-tinged citrus and peach notes. Its light body glides effortlessly, while offering intensity and ripe flavors that linger. Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. Drink now.

Score: 89. —MaryAnn Worobiec, 2009.

Wine Advocate

The 2007 Cotes de Tablas Blanc, a blend of 38% Viognier, 25% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne, and 17% Grenache, offers up aromas of honeysuckle, white currants, apricots, and quince as well as a hint of tropical fruits. This medium-bodied, refreshing, zesty white should drink well for 2-3 years.

Score: 88-90. —Robert Parker, August 2008.
