Cancellation and Returns

All cancellations and returns must be done within 15 days of placing your order. You must include a copy of the original receipt in the package and please call to inform that you are returning a package so that we can arrange a return label shipment. We are only able to issue an exchange/refund on products that are corked, flawed, or there was an error on our part. We are unable to accept returns on wine that have been corked or harmed during transportation or harmed due to extreme weather conditions. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless there was an unfortunate mistake on our behalf. Wines over 5 years old are not guaranteed, so the order is the buyer's risk and no returns are accepted.
